Refund Policy

The short version: 14 days, no questions asked. If the Trade Up Playbook isn't useful to you for any reason, email me within 14 days of purchase and I'll refund your money in full.

How to request a refund

Email grant@tradeupplaybook.com from the email address you used at checkout, with:

Your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email)
The fact that you'd like a refund

You don't need to explain why. I'll process the refund within 1-2 business days; the money typically lands back on your card in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What counts as the 14-day window

The 14-day window starts from the date of your purchase (the date on your Lemon Squeezy order receipt). Requests received within 14 days are honored. Requests after 14 days are evaluated case-by-case, but the default is no refund past the window.

After the refund

Your access to the product files is revoked. The links in your order confirmation email stop working. If you've already downloaded the files, please delete your copies; continued use after a refund is a violation of the license terms.

Why we offer this

Two reasons. First, it's fair — you can't evaluate a 554-page book before reading it, and the only honest way to sell something is to give people their money back if they don't get value from it. Second, it filters for the right customers — if you'd take advantage of a 14-day no-questions refund window to read the whole book and then ask for your money back, you'd also probably not get value from the playbook itself, because executing it requires intellectual honesty. We don't want your money under those circumstances.

If you read the book, take the playbook seriously, and it doesn't work for you within 14 days — refund is yours, no friction.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your card issuer, please email me first. Chargebacks cost both sides time and money and they're nearly always resolvable with a direct conversation. Most chargebacks happen because someone didn't recognize the charge on their statement (the merchant of record is "Lemon Squeezy" or sometimes "Trade Up Playbook"). I'll always honor a legitimate refund request via email faster and cleaner than a chargeback dispute.
